Additional Fees to Budget For

Sheriff's service fee: ₱300 – ₱500 per service

Mediation fee (Katarungang Pambarangay): ₱50 – ₱200

Filing fees are based on the total amount of the claim, exclusive of interest, damages, attorney's fees, litigation expenses, and costs.

Indigent litigants may be exempted from filing fees upon filing an Indigent Litigant Certification.
